Residents of Forest Hills Gardens are reminded that all exterior work, whether new or a restoration, does require submission of an application. Typical projects requiring an application include, but are not limited to:
- Air Conditioning Installations
- Patios, Walkways, Driveways
- Windows and Doors
- Fencing
- Pointing
- Painting
Planning a project? Please download the following forms, fill them out, and email them to info@fhgc.org along with any required photos. You can also drop the forms in person at the Forest Hills Gardens Corporation Office.
