Residents of Forest Hills Gardens are reminded that all exterior work, whether new or a restoration, does require submission of an application.  Typical projects requiring an application include, but are not limited to:

• Air Conditioning Installations
• Patios, Walkways, Driveways
• Windows and Doors
• Fencing
• Pointing
• Painting

To make it easier to submit your application, please select from any of the following categories of projects which can be filled out and emailed to info@fhgc.org along with any required photos. You can also drop the forms in person at the Forest Hills Gardens Corporation Office.  You may also use the Application for Minor Work or contact us if your specific project is not listed.
